Do you make all the products yourself?
Yes, we make all our products ourselves in our own studio. Where we are short of hands, we work with volunteers.
Are your products really all unique?
Yes, all our products are truly One Of A Kind. With your order at It's OOAK you are assured of a unique item of which there is only one!

A product is sold out, will it be back?
No, unfortunately. Because we work with pre-loved ties and this fabric is limited, all our items are truly One of A Kind. Gone is really gone in this case. However, our range is always different, so there is always something for you!

I can't find what I'm looking for, can I choose a tie myself?
Yes, this possibility exists. Here you will find everything about the possibilities of having custom items made.
Can a product be made from a cherished tie?
Yes! With lots of love we make a wearable One of A Kind memory from precious ties. This can be an existing product from our webshop, but we are also happy to design something new together with you.

Can I buy a gift card?
Yes, you can! You can find our digital gift cards here . You will receive them in your email immediately after purchase so you can give them as a gift right away.

Questions about your order
How quickly will my order arrive?
We will ship your order on working days before 13:00 within 48 hours. Orders placed on Friday after 13:00 or in the weekend will be shipped on Monday.
My package is shown as 'delivered' in the track & trace link, but the package is not in my mailbox, what now?
Don't worry, this is (unfortunately) something that happens regularly, but we can reassure you right away. The PostNL system is not always synchronized with the actual deliveries. Your package will still be delivered within 2 working days.
If your package has not arrived after 7 days, please contact us at hello@itsooak.nl and we will follow up on it.
The fabric my product is made of looks 'used', how is that possible?
We make all our products from pre-loved ties with a life behind them. So it is possible that your product has some signs of 'life', that is in our eyes the charm of the tie fabric! But don't worry, we make sure that stains and holes do not end up in our items.

Can I return an order?
We hope that your order meets your expectations, but if this is unfortunately not the case, you can return it within 14 days. To do this, first contact us via hello@itsooak.nl to report your return and receive the return details.
Please note: We only accept returns of items that are unworn and undamaged. Custom items unfortunately cannot be returned because they are made especially for you. The shipping costs for a return are at your own expense.
Other questions
Where do your pre-loved ties come from?
The ties we use have already had a life. Some have been donated and some we buy second-hand from one of our partners. We select ties that are usable for us, the small amount that is not, we donate ourselves, so that it still ends up in the right place.
Can I donate ties?
Yes, please! We can use almost all ties (just not ties with company logos). Do you want to donate ties? Send a message to hello@itsooak.nl and we will help you further.
Do you have physical points of sale?
Yes, we have several physical points of sale spread across the Netherlands! Curious where you can view and hold our products in real life? Click here for all our points of sale.
Can I become a point of sale?
Yes, you can! Our products are already available at various (vintage) stores, concept stores and (hair) salons, you can become one of them! Check out our Wholesale page or send a message to hello@itsooak.nl and we will contact you soon.
