Return Policy
We hope you're happy with your order and that it meets your expectations. However, if you're not fully satisfied, you can return the item within 14 days. Please note that custom items cannot be returned as they are made specifically for you.
The item must be returned in its original, unused condition. If the item is worn, damaged, or dirty, a refund will not be issued. You are responsible for the return shipping, and the return shipping costs are at your own expense.
To initiate a return, please send an email to hello@itsooak.nl with the following information:
- Your order number
- The item you wish to return and the reason for the return
Once we approve the return, we will provide you with the return address.
Please return the item well-packaged, with at least a note containing your order number. Ideally, use the original packaging or another box (we do not accept returns in envelopes unless your order was originally shipped in an envelope).
The return package should be sent with tracking to ensure it doesn't get lost during shipping. Please make sure to keep your shipping receipt and send us the tracking number after you've shipped the item.
Once we have received the item in good condition, we will refund the purchase amount (minus the original shipping costs) within 10 business days.
