We hope of course that you are happy with your order and that everything meets your expectations, but if this is unfortunately not the case, you can return it within 14 days. Please note! Custom items cannot be returned because they are made especially for you.

The item must be returned in its original, unworn condition . If the item is worn, damaged or dirty, the purchase price will not be refunded. You are responsible for the shipping and the shipping costs of the return shipment are at your own expense .

Register your return by sending an email to hello@itsooak.nl with the following information:
- your order number
- the item you wish to return and the reason for return
If you agree, you will receive the return address from us.

Please return the item well packaged with at least a note with your order number on it, preferably in the original shipping packaging or another shipping box (we do not accept returns in envelopes unless you received your order in an envelope).

The package must be returned with a track & trace code to prevent the package from getting lost in the shipping process. Please make sure you keep the shipping receipt and send us the track & trace code after shipping.

Once we have received the item in good order, we will refund the purchase amount (minus the initial shipping costs) to your account within 10 working days .
